Multilayer

Building up the thickness of the product due to the sequential bonding of several sheets of paper together. In some cases, it is possible to achieve an additional effect by using different colors and textures of the obverse and reverse, as well as sensations from the material’s density.

Building up the thickness of the product due to the sequential bonding of several sheets of paper together.

1. It is used mainly for the production of business cards, postcards, and badges.

2. The recommended density — 600 g — is achieved by gluing two sheets of paper. In most cases, it is necessary for double-sided relief printing, or to hide artifacts on the blank side.

3. A multilayer duplex is used in order to highlight the crop, in which the inner layers can be different in color and density from the outer ones.
