You need to send the project materials to hello@typografiya.com with the required information before the call or scheduling a meeting. It’s important to provide information about the type of the product, approximate material, edition, print techniques, and postpress process. The more specific the request is, the faster you receive a response. Abstract queries take more time.

We respond to all emails. Complex queries and calculations might take longer. As a rule, the answer can be received within a working day. If you are calling on the phone and your call is not answered, it may be a matter of loading the printing house, or the call was not scheduled. Try calling back later.

The average production time of simple products (business cards, postcards, envelopes) is 1.5-2 weeks. The production time of corporate products (folders, packages, booklets, notebooks, etc.) is around 2-3 weeks. The average production time of complex products (boxes, books) is 3-4 weeks.

The possibility of manufacturing urgent products with additional payment is discussed separately, depending on the load of the print house.

We do not have a standard price list for products. Each project is unique and we calculate the price individually. Send a request to hello@typografiya.com with information about the project to provide a calculation.

We work with the regions, sending products by transport companies.
We can promptly deliver the order using the “Yandex.Delivery” in St. Petersburg. Day-to-Day Delivery service at the service's rates.

Printing is a circulation production. For small print runs, the main cost is preparatory work: the production of molds, stamps, clichés (dies), fitting work. The cost per unit of production decreases with an increase in circulation. For instance, the circulation of business cards with a certain set of parameters:

1 pcs — 9000 rubles
50 pcs — 9500 rubles
100 pcs — 10000 rubles
200 pcs — 12000 rubles
1000 pcs — 25000 rubles

In most complex projects, such as books and packaging, the production of a signal sample is essential to work out all the experimental points before launching a large print run. 

On complex projects, the manufacture of a single product is possible.

For orientation in the types of printing and work on your projects, you can buy our Sample Box. Additionally, upon agreement, we can attach a set of samples of business cards and promotional projects previously made in our printing house. In the studio we keep a limited set of archival samples of our products. To view it, you need to make an appointment, having previously written about your project.

We manually check all layouts before launching. If possible, we correct minor inaccuracies with our own hands without additional approval. We do not guarantee that all errors will be detected. Before submitting the layout, please read the basic requirements.

To organize a meeting, you must send your project materials in advance to our mail hello@typografiya.com. If necessary, we can arrange a meeting at the printing house at a convenient time for us and you.

We work on weekdays, from 12 am to 8 pm. The working hours may vary depending on the load and urgent matters.

When ordering business cards, you can additionally request packaging without branding.
